Group Therapy
A safe, informal and inclusive space to connect with others and share your experiences over a warm cup of tea.
We’ll begin with a gentle check-in to see how everyone is feeling, followed by an open sharing circle. Kirstie, a qualified therapist, will gently guide the flow of each session, helping to create a safe and supportive environment, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to speak if they wish.


You’re free to take part in whatever way feels right for you, whether that’s sharing, listening, or simply offering a one sentence check-in. Choice and autonomy are at the heart of these sessions, and your boundaries will always be respected.
Peer support led by a professional can be a powerful part of healing, offering connection, understanding, and the reassurance that you’re not alone, while gently opening the door to meaningful connections and friendships with others who truly understand your experience.
