A holistic, tailored approach to support your wellbeing as a whole, bearing in mind that our brains and body are intrinsically linked.

After an initial assessment, we will create a personalised plan that may include some of the following elements:

  • Counselling

  • Yoga therapy

  • Guided breathing

  • Mindfulness

  • Night time audio wellness scripts

  • Psychoeducation and emotional insight

  • Home practice, reading andworksheets

  • Coaching for wellbeing

  • Relaxation techniques

£75 per 50 minute session. Depending on the elements included in the package a minimum number of sessions will be discussed and agreed in advance.


Depending on the element included these packages are available in a way that suits you, face to face, online, walk and talk, or even alongside canine companions.
