A pregnancy yoga sequence to honour your womb, the amazing organ that’s growing your baby!
I learnt this routine (which I’ve adapted slightly) whilst on my yoga teacher training with Sally Parkes, about 4 years ago now. It’s a little different to my general sequences, I talk about Goddess Kali and this 15 minutes even features my cat haha! I hope you come out the other side of this sequence feeling strong, empowered and excited about life!
