Hypnobirthing & Birth Preparation
Are you expecting a baby and considering hypnobirthing or antenatal classes?
I invite you to join my Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation Programme, where you'll gain the knowledge, tools and confidence to prepare for your best birth experience.
Hypnobirthing often leads to shorter, more comfortable and calmer births, with less medical intervention.
It's designed to create a positive, memorable experience for you and your family.
This programme covers everything included in my other Birth Preparation Workshop, plus the full Hypnobirthing curriculum on top, so you leave with a genuinely comprehensive understanding of both mind body techniques and practical birth preparation.
Suitable for all families, but especially helpful if you're feeling anxious, struggle to relax, have sustained previous trauma or if you just want to achieve your best birth possible.

You will receive...
A complimentary gift bag, including your own 200 page guide (written by Kirstie, covering hypnobirthing, full antenatal birth preparation and postnatal planning), additional bespoke antenatal materials tailored to your needs, relaxation recordings and hypnobirthing scripts, and lots of other goodies for you to enjoy
Expert support from an experienced birth doula, hypnobirthing teacher, relaxation specialist, yoga teacher and counsellor & trauma therapist
The mind body connection, understanding how it works and how to use it to support a calm, oxytocin fuelled birth, with practical techniques and comfort measures including breathing, water immersion, TENS, massage, upright positions, biomechanics, optimal foetal positioning and aromatherapy, plus how to reframe and stay out of the fear, tension, pain cycle
Step by step labour and birth education, covering what to expect at each stage and how to navigate it, for both physiological and medical births, including choices, decision making and adapting to changes
Physical preparation and recovery, including pelvic floor exercises, perineal massage, and antenatal expression of colostrum, so your body feels as ready as your mind
Your rights and the maternity system, covering choice, consent, coercion and personalised care plans, so you feel confident navigating the system that supports your birth
Partner preparation, with sessions designed for you both together, and practical tips on how they can best support you throughout, plus a hospital bag checklist and practical guidance on what to arrange in advance
Hands on breathing and relaxation practice, with exercises to continue at home so the techniques are second nature by the time you need them
A gentle start to the postnatal period, including infant feeding basics and postnatal planning, so you're not just prepared for birth, but for the weeks that follow
Confidence for the unexpected, so you feel equipped to handle any changes to your preferred birth plan, calmly and informed
