Nature-Based Counselling
Walk & Talk Counselling
Some people find it easier to open up whilst outside, with a sense of space around them in the fresh air. Particularly helpful for neurodivergent folk and anyone else partial to a drop of fresh air.
These sessions combine movement as well as classic counselling skills in safe, quiet locations, with flexibility to move indoors if the weather changes. Along our route will be opportunities to sit down and take a rest.

Comfort with Canines
Meet Ziggy and Rosie…the furry therapists!
Dogs can provide comfort, grounding and emotional connection during sessions. Ideal for counselling and trauma therapy.
Ziggy, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Rosie, a Labrador, are very friendly and love being with people. Ziggy loves to curl up on a lap for a cuddle; whist Rosie is a bit big to sit on laps these days, but loves a stroke and to sit beside you, offering comfort and reassurance.
If you would like the dogs present during our sessions, please let me know. This would be suitable for classic counselling and walk and talk sessions.
“Being in nature can stand down our nervous system, allowing the body and mind to relax into a place of safety and peace.”
