Birth Preparation Workshops

Do you feel prepared for birth?

Have you written an informed birth plan?

Do you know your rights, and about the choices you might be asked to make?

Would you like to know about the stages of labour, coping strategies for each stage, and what will happen to your body and to your baby during birth?

These are a few of the things we talk about during my birth preparation workshops, but we cover so much more.
