The Essex Birth Company - Caesarean
Caesarean Birth Workshop

Do you feel prepared for a caesarean birth? Are you holding on to fear and anxiety about this birth type? Maybe the need for a caesarean birth has come as a shock and you want to feel comfortable with the decision.

Have you written an informed birth plan stating your wishes?

Do you know your rights, and the choices you might be asked to make?

Would you like to know step by step what will happen on the day, and what will happen to your body, and to your baby during and after birth?

These are a few of the things we talk about during my caesarean preparation workshops, plus the postnatal period, but we cover so much more.
