VBAC Preparation Workshops

Do you feel prepared for a vaginal birth? Do you know how this differs after a previous caesarean birth?

Have you written an informed birth plan?

Do you know your rights and the choices they might ask you to make?

Would you like to know about the stages of labour, coping strategies for each stage, and what will happen to your body and to your baby during birth?

These are a few of the things we talk about during The Essex Birth Company’s VBAC preparation workshops, but we cover so much more.
