Seated Pregnancy Yoga sequence by Breathe Birth Yoga


Today’s pregnancy yoga taster has been designed with trimester 3 in mind but you can also practice in trimester 2.

It’s a really gentle seated routine, that won’t exhaust you when you’re already feeling a bit frazzled. There’s no standing and you will stay seated or on your hands and knees.

It can be great to practice yoga in trimester 3 to alleviate aches and pain and it may even give you a bit of extra energy and help you to relax. You should feel soothed afterwards and your body should feel a release after the stretches.
