Birth Ball Yoga! Great for later in pregnancy

This weeks yoga taster is a 10 minute birth ball session. It’s a great routine to practice towards the end of your pregnancy, if you have lower back aches and pains, if you’d like to help encourage optimum foetal positioning (OFP) or if you’re at 40 weeks pregnant and want to encourage your baby to join you sooner rather than later. As always, only do what you’re comfortable with and if something hurts or doesn’t feel right please stop. I love this routine, it’s soooooo soothing and even if you’re not pregnant it’s great for the hips, pelvic area and spine!
