Pregnancy Yoga for Anxiety Reduction

Today’s pregnancy yoga taster is suitable for trimesters 2 and 3 of pregnancy and is focusing on anxiety reduction. Particularly at the moment (during Covid19) I’ve had a lot of pregnant people tell me they are feeling anxious, stressed and worried, either about the birth or the future in general.

This sequence is relaxing and calming and I hope you find it helpful.
