Today’s pregnancy yoga taster is designed to give you a hit of energy. Sometimes when you’re feeling tired it’s tempting to lie in bed or on the sofa but it can do you the world of good to do some gentle yoga and get your body moving. I’m almost certain you’ll feel more alert and energetic after this sequence.
Don’t push yourself if you are truly exhausted but give it and try and see how it goes. As always please don’t go beyond what is comfortable for your specific body. It’s important to find a balance between activity and rest.
