Pregnancy Yoga suitable for SPD / PGP


This week we have a 20 minute pregnancy yoga taster, suitable for people with symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) and/or pelvic girdle pain (PGP) or any other pregnancy related hip/pelvic pain. I chose to make this video at the request of some recent students who have struggled to find yoga classes to accommodate for their condition. It’s also suitable for trimesters 2 and 3 of pregnancy. I’m currently creating a video explaining SPD and PGP, explaining why you get it and what can be done to minimise symptoms, I look forward to sharing this with you in the near future.
