Today is the first part of a series of 6 tasters. You can practice these pregnancy yoga tasters individually, and you can also put them all together after the 6th session to make one long hour and 20 minute practice.
All 6 sessions are suitable for trimesters 2 and 3 of pregnancy. Each week is made up of a warm up (today), all fours, kneeling, standing, seated and savasana.
