Warrior Goddess Pregnancy Yoga


Today’s yoga taster is an extract from my Warrior Goddess sequence. It’s part of a longer routine I teach during my pregnancy yoga classes. It’s mainly standing, it’s hip opening and leg strengthening.

My hope is for you to feel empowered, energised and powerful…like a Warrior Goddess!
