Pregnancy Yoga for a Confident Birth

Today’s 10 minute pregnancy yoga taster is nearer 20 minutes, once I get going I just can’t stop haha!

The theme, or thought for this session is around confidence. I want you to feel confident about your body’s ability to birth your baby and to feel confident from conception to birthing and beyond.

In this session I talk about affirmations and practice some movement and sound that utilises the throat, cervix connection. I hope after this session you’ll feel confident going forward in your pregnancy.

Have faith in yourself, you can do this, you ARE doing it!
